Browsing and placing an order imply acceptance of the conditions of sale and the Data Protection Policies indicated therein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21\/14 and Legislative Decree 70\/03) by AV Plus Srl, with registered office in Naples at Piazza Giulio Rodin\u00f2 n. 25, 80121 Naples, company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Naples at no. REA NA-875685 of the Company Register, CFP VAT n. 07316461214.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any information regarding orders, shipments and, more generally, purchases, you can contact AV Plus customer care at the following addresses:\u00a0<br>\u2013 Customer care email: info@stilevalentine.it\u00a0<br>\u2013 Telephone number: 08118072006\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;These conditions of sale are intended to be unequivocally viewed and accepted by the user at the time of purchase.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form as well as these conditions of sale, the terms of which AV Plus reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without notice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is prohibited from inserting false, and\/or invented, and\/or imaginary names in the online order procedure and in further communications. AV Plus reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<strong>Object<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products manufactured and sold by AV Plus and do not however regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than seller who are present on the same site via links, banners or other hyperlinks.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Conclusion of the contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a01. The contract is considered perfected, accepted and concluded at the time the order is placed, upon payment of the same.\u00a0<br>2. The buyer must proceed with the payment of the price when the order submission procedure is completed.\u00a0<br>3. Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for its fulfillment.\u00a0<br>4. All products indicated as &quot;available&quot; are available at AV Plus, and therefore are suitable to be purchased and processed immediately, following the conclusion of the contract.\u00a0<br>5. The products identified as orderable are not immediately available from AV Plus, but can be ordered from AV Plus and in any case can be processed and produced in ten working days.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0By completing the purchase process, the user instructs AV Plus to order the product from its suppliers in order to verify its availability and authorizes it, in the event of a positive outcome of the availability check, to proceed with the purchase of the product. The availability check will take place within a maximum of 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the order. In the case of an order concerning an Orderable Product, in the 7 (seven) working days following receipt of the order, AV Plus, in the event of a negative outcome of the availability check, will send the user a second e-mail, communicating the negative outcome. This communication will be followed by the cancellation of the Payment Authorization, or, if applicable, the full refund of any price already paid by the customer at the time of the order, depending on the payment method used by the customer. AV Plus points out that the visibility times of the refund and\/or release do not depend on AV Plus, which, having given the refund\/release order, cannot therefore be considered in default or responsible for delays in refunds\/releases attributable to the credit institution or Paypal. If the Product availability check is successful, the customer will receive an email confirming shipment of the Product. AV Plus will then proceed with shipping the Product.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sales prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices of the Products and shipping and delivery costs indicated in this contract and on the Website as well as in the Order are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. Product prices, offers and shipping and delivery costs may vary over time. Delivery costs, shipping costs and other costs, without prejudice to promotional periods, special offers and other information available and viewable on the site, through images, banners, links and hyperlinks, are generally to be paid by the customer. AV Plus reserves the right to establish, if necessary, over time, predetermined amounts beyond which the delivery and shipping costs and any additional charges referred to above give the right to free shipping. In the event of an incorrect indication of the price indicated on the product, AV Plus reserves the right to credit the amount back to the customer if the actual price is lower than the one indicated and, vice versa, in the event that the actual price is higher than the price indicated AV Plus will contact the customer before sending the product to receive instructions on placing the order and payment methods.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Order &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase order must be made online through the order procedure on the site, clicking on the product that will be added to the cart and then proceeding with payment. In the &quot;My orders&quot; section you can check the status of your Order which can no longer be modified if it is in the &quot;in progress&quot;, &quot;ready&quot;, &quot;shipped&quot; and &quot;closed&quot; status.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment can be made via: Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); Debit Cards (Visa debit, Mastercard debit, any other prepaid card operating in one of the aforementioned payment circuits); Paypal; For all payment methods mentioned therein, the order will be processed, or shipped, only upon receipt of payment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipments and delivery methods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AV Plus ships and delivers throughout Italy and Europe and will ship to the customer&#039;s home via courier. A package tracking system is active for each shipper. As regards shipping and delivery times, AV PLUS processes and ships the order usually within 24 hours of receiving it. The shipment is then entrusted to a chosen courier who will deliver within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any delays are therefore not attributable to AV Plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Passing of risk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The risks relating to the Products will pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as full payment of all amounts is received.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate this to AV Plus by e-mail to the address: info@stilevalentine.it The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts with the attached tax documentation . Without prejudice to the right of the above, AV Plus will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 15 days. The shipping costs relating to the returned Products are to be paid by AV Plus. AV Plus will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer, and if the buyer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide your bank details: Iban, Swift and Bic necessary for the refund. The withdrawal as provided for by the current consumer code cannot be applied in case of purchase of &quot;personalized&quot; and\/or &quot;made to measure&quot; products.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legal guarantee and compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the Website, including non-conformity with the products ordered, in accordance with the provisions of current Italian legislation. This guarantee is valid provided that the defect occurs within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer presents a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the defect was recognized by the latter; that the AV Plus Website is contacted in advance through one of the channels indicated in the &#039;contacts&#039; section. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and resolution of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law and any disputes inherent and\/or consequent thereto must be resolved exclusively by the Italian jurisdictional authority, as better specified below.
